CONNECTION & SERVING

At Kuna Days one person asked where our church was. We pointed and said “one block that way.” They responded, “oh, you’re the original church!!” Yes, in Kuna we sure are. Then we started referring to ourselves as the OG church.

At Kuna Days we had a bubble machine and gave away bubbles. We had a craft activity to make “marbleized bubbles” for messages of joy & love. And we had conversations with people that wouldn’t have happened any other way. What a blessing to be able to talk with our neighbors about faith and invite them to our church.

Sunday after church we’ll have another opportunity to serve our neighbors and connect with them — Back to School haircuts. It’ll be a fun afternoon of BBQ and games for us while families wait for their haircut. You can sign up to volunteer at church, or just show up and fill in where needed.
