SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS

Love makes us do strange things — like make room for strangers, welcome the lonely, stand with the oppressed — and then discover joy we never expected. Ask people about the Spirit of Christmas and you’ll hear things like peace, love, welcome. That is exactly what Jesus brought to us in his life… and teachings… and death… and resurrection. On Saturday we’ll hear the story of God becoming a human person, being born to a young faithful couple, outside, in a barn. And it changed our entire world. We’ll sing the songs of joy that God has come to be with us and remain with us always. We live in a world blessed by the birth of our Savior. So much to celebrate!!!
