A guiding question I use in ministry is, where is God planting energy? I’ve found through the years that when God wants things to happen, God gives the gifts and the energy to make it happen. Our job is just to notice and follow through. The greatest energy releaser of all time was the resurrection. It was the spiritual Big Bang. That energy continues to flow through the church, the Body of Christ on earth. It flows through our hands serving others. It flows through our hearts, loving everybody the way Jesus did. It flows through our souls, uniting us with the God of the universe. It flows through our church community, gathering for worship, and being formed in discipleship. Easter season has begun!! We go on celebrating that Jesus Christ rose from the dead for 50 days — all the way until Pentecost on June 5. — Pastor Mia
