WHY SHOULD I GO TO CHURCH?

Listening to a recorded song is fun, but going to a live concert is an event. Talking on the phone with a friend is fine, but getting together in person is fantastic! Dancing alone is fun (is it?) but dancing with others is fantastic!! Faith is the same. Done alone, faith can be good and helpful. But done together, faith takes off! According to Joan Chittister, “hospitality is the key to new ideas, new friends, new possibilities. What we take into our lives changes us. Without new people and new ideas, we are imprisoned inside ourselves.” Church is the people who give us new ideas, new possibilities. Peace, Pastor Mia
