A strong sense of belonging is exactly what Jesus tells us we are entitled to at church, but many of us struggle to really grasp it. Even those who have grown up in the church, sometimes feel that they don’t really belong. Jesus has already claimed us and conquered death for us. Every one of us belongs, whether we’ve been here one week or one century. But sometimes, we don’t let people know how welcome they really are.
